APPOINTMENTS POLICY

  • STUDIO

    No guests are allowed in the studio.

    Exception: Clients who need a translator and clients who have disabilities.

    We have the right to refuse service.

  • NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION

    No-shows and Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total service price. No exceptions. No-shows and Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be able to reschedule or book a new appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

    If client cancels less than 7 days before scheduled appointment - a new deposit will be required for service.

  • DEPOSITS

    A deposit “Booking Fee" is required to make an appointment - the balance is due the day of service.

    All deposits are non-refundable and only transferrable according to “Re-Schedule” policy.

  • LATE POLICY

    If client arrives more than 15 minutes late or does not show up, appointments will be canceled no refund will be given. A new deposit will be required in order to reschedule.

    Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

  • RESCHEDULE

    If client needs to reschedule, it will need to be done at least 7 days prior to existing appointment in order to transfer the deposit.

    If reschedule is made less than 7 days prior to appointment a new deposit will be required.

    Only two reschedules are allowed - after that a new deposit will be required previous deposit will be forfeited.

  • PAYMENTS

    The remaining balance can be paid via cash or zelle. You may pay with a debit/credit card but there will be an additional 4% processing fee.

  • PRE CARE & HEALTH CLEARANCE

    It is the client’s sole responsibility to read through all pre + post appointment care thoroughly as well as the health clearance PRIOR to booking any appointment. This info can be found by clicking here.

TRAININGS POLICY

  • STUDIO

    If student does not show up, training will be canceled no refund will be given.

    If student cancels less than 14 days before scheduled appointment - deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for service.

  • DEPOSITS/ENROLLMENT FEES

    A non-refundable enrollment fee is required to book a training in order to reserve your seat which can be paid via credit/debit card, cash or zelle. The remaining balance is due day 1 of training at the beginning of class.

    All deposits/enrollments fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • LATE POLICY

    If student arrives more than 15 minutes late training will need to be rescheduled, deposit will be forfeited and a new non-refundable deposit will be required.

  • RESCHEDULE

    If a student needs to reschedule, it will need to be done at least 14 days prior to existing training date in order to transfer the deposit.

    If reschedule is made less than 14 days prior to the training date existing deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

  • BALANCE PAYMENTS

    The balance is due at the beginning of class on day 1 of training. The balance can be paid via cash or zelle. You may pay with credit/debit card but there will be an additional 4% processing fee added.

    If you opted for monthly financing, no payment will be due.
