All of our classes are suitable for both complete beginners and advanced artists! At Inkstant Beauty we will provide you with all the tools and knowledge needed in order to set you up for success!
Experience: No prior experience or licensing is needed! You don’t have to be a cosmetologist or esthetician either.

Class Size: 1-4 Students Max

• Class Size: Limited to ensure individualized attention (1-4 participants).
• Prerequisites: Students should be 18+ with basic drawing or art experience.
• Materials Provided: Tattoo machine, needles, inks, fake skin, and hygiene supplies.

Student’s will be added to a private exclusive discord group where all students are encouraged to continually ask questions as well as submit photos of practice skin work and tattoo work for feedback and constructive criticism.

Total Tuition: $2,499
Enrollment Fee: A $500 non-refundable enrollment fee is required to reserve your seat which goes toward the total balance due
Balance Due: After the $500 enrollment fee is paid, the remaining balance of $2,000 will be due on week day 1 of class. This can be paid via cash, venmo or zelle (check your bank for daily limits).

Day 1: Foundations of Tattooing
Morning Session (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
1. Introduction to Tattooing
• History and evolution of tattooing.
• Overview of tattoo styles (e.g., traditional, realism, geometric).
• What makes a great tattoo artist?
2. Tattoo Equipment & Supplies
• Types of tattoo machines (coil vs. rotary).
• Understanding needles, tubes, grips, and power supplies.
• Ink types, selection, and their role in skin application.
3. Hygiene and Safety Practices
• Sanitization and preventing cross-contamination.
• Using an autoclave and disposable tools.
• Safe workstation setup.

4. Skin Anatomy and Tattoo Healing

3. Hands-On Live Model Tattoo Practice (Under Instructor Supervision)
• Students tattoo small, simple designs on live models.
• Setting up the workstation and maintaining hygiene.
• Proper stencil application and placement.
• Executing basic line work, shading, and coloring techniques.
• Focus on safety, communication with the model, and maintaining confidence.
• Instructor provides guidance and feedback throughout.
4. Feedback and Refinement
• Detailed critique of students’ work on live models.

5. Photographing and Editing Tattoo Work
• Importance of documenting tattoos for portfolio building.
